Would someone from these areas care to give me a brief description of what it is like to live there? Any info on subdivisions would be appreciated, specifically Spencers Gate.

Beautiful area. I would think anyone would love living there. It is country, but the city of Raleigh is coming that way. Hope it takes a while.

It depends on where in Youngsville you reside. There is Bunn, Franklinton, and Louisburg. If you live in the Southern parts of Youngsville they will most likely go to Bunn. If they are closer to the North Western parts of Youngsville, then Franklinton, and near Louisburg, they will attend Louisburg.

IMHO, Bunn would be the better of the three based on test scores and being partial to the Southern portion of Youngsville because of its closer proximity to Rolesville and Wake Forest.
