That's like asking "how much does a house cost". There are a lot of variables that will play into the answer of your question. I guess the first step would be the size of your lot. Is it all grass? Any obstacles (ie hills, swing sets, etc)? Do you need insect, weed control? I would start by calling one of the local lawn services, I believe most will come out and give you a free quote including a proposed treatment/maintenance plan.
