The weather was perfect and I have never been to the state fair and thought it was a blast very educational and fun.

We went today and it was somewhat busy. I can't imagine what it's like on the weekend. I think it might have been military appreciation day (military families get in free). I brought my two small children and we were there about three hours (although I can easily see how you could be there longer). We did a couple of rides, enjoyed some ice cream, saw the animals and walked through the gardens.
