Usually I head to Pho N9N to get my bun fix but I have to meet up with some friends near Capital after work today. Where's a good place to get bun these days? I'm not a fan of the bun at Pho Cali. Green Basil used to have excellent bun, but when I went there after they transformed into Mo-te I got food poisoning so I'm wary of trying them again.

Since no one has chimed in, I'd probably go with Far East (at least it's cleaner than Pho Cali)... Although I don't consider their Bun dishes anything to rave about.

I don't know of any options other than the ones mentioned. Sorry. Hubby and I prefer Pho Cali to Far East. Haven't tried Mo-Te yet. Not sure if we should since you got food poisoning there

Well to be fair to Mo-Te it was years ago when they first changed owners so I'm guessing whatever the issue was got worked out since they're still in business. Just hard to convince yourself to go back to a place after that sort of experience
