Find it hard to believe you'll find better quality work than that performed by Cole Bros. roofing. They are family-owned and operated with no sub-contractors. (I have no affiliation with the company except I do personally know the owner and know the pride they take in their work.)
Also try ARK Roofing. They are in Apex but do work in N Raleigh. Good work, honest, reliable and inexpensive. Five stars recommendation.
