Hi,
Am working full time and would like to study MBA. Which universities would you suggest for part time/Distance programs?
Also am not sure for how long I can be in Raleigh becoz it depends on my job. Am a consultant and would have to move all over US based on availability of projects. Am not sure if I can continue my MBA studies even if I move out of NC. Please help me on these questions.
I'm doing my MBA through Marist College (Based in Poughkeepsie, NY). Their MBA can be done entirely online, or with a combination of online & in classroom classes. It's actually geared more toward doing the whole program online, as I am doing. I did my undergrad there on campus, and the online MBA is going really well so far. I know at least 3 people who I've met through online classes that currently live in the Triangle area...and many people who are scattered around the country. It's a really good program, and nationally accredited as well. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help!
Thanks for your reply. Can you all give me the fees also? I had enquired about ASPEN university and they have given me that the tution is $9000 and the text books may come to around $200 for a course.
I would recommend University of Maryland, University College. They are affiliated with University of Maryland and are both regionally and nationally accredited. I have been working on my undergrad degree there for a couple years and plan to get my MBA from there as well. Their programs are entirely on-line
What ever you do, make sure that you select a program that is regionally accredited or your diploma won't really be worth the paper that it is written on.
I've thought of going back but have seen little worth in many people who have MBA's that aren't from top schools.
