It definitely is a younger crowd. It seems to be mostly young professionals (I think the rent might be out of the range of most uni students - at least undergraduates). I've met a number of older characters who seem to really enjoy living here.

There is no denying that on a Friday night it can be noisy! But I love it.

Check out the RBC plaza condos. They have units for rent occasionally. Talk about awesome views!

I haven't lived there myself, but have you seen the online reviews?

This question has come up a few times...I stay there most nights a week and I think the verdict is it's a nice place with a noise issue. But you're close to everything, so that part's pretty great....it's a trade off.

Just remember that the majority of apartment reviews come from dissatisfied tenants. Happy ones rarely bother to say anything online.

Yeah, that's why I revived this old thread. So I wouldn't get a million posters telling me it's already been discussed before. And I see what you mean about the trade off; guess you need to take the good with the bad.

Very true. I guess I won't know for myself until I've been there.

Hue's also a really good apartment if you want to score cool points with friends...it's a really neat place if you want to invite everyone over for drinks before going out on a Friday or Saturday night...and the parking rocks.
