I need help identifying a Durham Bulls jersey (auction, pictures)

I won a raffle at the 8/29 game and it included a strange autographed jersey. We go to a few games a year but I've never seen a jersey like this. It has the Bull's logo but is black with red and yellow sleeves, number 35 and it is huge. I've included a picture along with the signature. Can anyone identify the player or tell me the story of this odd colored jersey?

I believe that's considered a "special event" jersey, like they sometimes wear for an all-star game or a holiday.
Not sure which special event though...

You know, it didn't even cross my mind, the first thing I though of was this forum because it has been so helpful in the past! I took your advice and emailed them, this is the response I got.

The jersey is signed by Julio DePaula. It was a jersey auction that we
did and Midas was the sponsor that is why it is those colors.
