Can anyone recommend an apartment complex in Raleigh, Durham or Cary that is suitable for a 55 plus age person. Looking for something well maintained that has a diverse age range.

You could try Capitol Towers 4808 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh 919-787-1231 55 and over apts.

I'm not sure what these are like I saw them advertised on the net.

When you do a search, if you look on the right hand side of the list for specific properties, you'll see a little yellow square with a plus sign to indicate that it is for senior housing.

Thanks for the replies. Really just looking for a regular apartment complex that has a mixture of retired age people along with younger families. Just want to make sure there are some retired age people in the mixture.
