All I have to say is WOW.. I had a PT trainer who was very good and I had to move for my job, so I did not use the gym anymore(It has been about 8 months since I left the gym) . So I paid my monthly bill for the PT tainer which ended in May. So I thought, ok.. no big deal, I will not be charged again since my contract ran out.. BIG MISTAKE!!! I was automatically renewed for 1 year. So I called and wanted to know what is the story. The rep told me in the contract, your PT trainer is automatically renewed. So I have to send in my 30 day cancellation notice AND I am gonna be charged for July as well.. WAY TO GO and tell your CLIENTS that this is happening..
Cause the gym is located in the triangle area.. in Chapel Hill.
