Harrison Place Subdivision, Fuquay Varina, NC? (Cary, Dunn: short sale, foreclosure, houses)

Looking at this neighborhood for possible relocation....any information would be appreciated!

There's a Harrison Place in Fuquay? Weird. There's one in Cary. Dunno anything about the one in Fuquay.

I don't know much about it, but I have driven through there. The houses are beautiful, and it still has lots of trees.

Can't think of anything negative about it. Well-built homes, relatively newer subdivision, and good location. Looks like you can negotiate as well as in many new neighbohoods that were started when times were good, looks as though there are several homes in this neighborhood that went into foreclosure or short sale. not all of them. Still a very nice neighborhood.
