When I say "Exterior maintenance", I mean they are not responsible for power washing the siding or replacing the roof when it becomes necessary. They don't paint any exterior trim either.
Yard maintenance seems to be covered in all the communities I have shown.
It is important to find out EXACTLY what the HOA dues cover and not just assume they maintain everything.
