For those who haven't already heard, here is the deal with the water restriction that are now in effect in Raleigh and many of the surrounding areas:

newsobserver.com | In Raleigh, every lawn has its day (http://www.newsobserver.com/124/story/623917.html - broken link)

My little patch of grass has already gone the way of the Dodo bird so I think I will let nature take its course and try to rejuvinate the lawn in the fall so it can better stand up to the blistering summer heat!

Blah.
My grass is beyond dead right now. That restriction really bites!!!

AND, we can't water our grass on MONDAYS.

On this radio station, G105, a caller called in and said THE GOVERNORS MANSION had their sprinklers on. The showgram (Bob, Mike & Kristin) tried calling in to get them reported.
They got a good point. Why can the governor water his grass but the rest of the residents cannot?
It was interesting to say the least!
