Does anyone have a Seller's Agent realtor they recommend? I was laid off last month, and luckily found a new job but not in the Triangle so we're relocating out & need to sell our house (hopefully quick).

We used a Relocation Specialist to buy when moving here, so I'm not sure they would make the best selling agent. Anyone have an agent they've had good experiences with (Raleigh/Cary area)?

Aren't the vast majority of all real estate agents "seller's" agents?

The seller traditionally pays the real estate agent's commission.

I would suggest that you check out who has been selling homes in the area you live in, contact them and be sure to price right. You are very perceptive about the relo agent....most of these agents are spoon fed your lead, so not the go getter that it might take to get the sale in todays market. Yours is not bad though I hear.

Perhaps you could help me, I am new here and am trying to post a question...I have been all over the site and cant find help or a way to ask all a question.
