Report: Chad Johnson refuses to sign divorce papers

Sources are telling TMZ that Johnson refuses to sign divorce papers or appear at any of the divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. The source goes on to say that Johnson believes in his heart that he can actually win back Evelyn.

In reality, Lozada doesn't need Johnson's signature to be granted a divorce. In Florida, Lozada can ask a judge for approval to be divorced from Johnson.

I have heard that sometimes when you get disoriented under water, you forget which way is up. Seems like Chad is grasping for anything so that he is relevant in his own eyes.
