What kind of fish do you want anyway?

Right now the biggie is Spring Chinook.
You can't buy a Willamette River caught one at a fish store, but if you go to the fish market in Oregon City (Tony's or Troy's I can't remember) you can buy a wild ocean troll caught Spring Chinook for about 20 bucks a pound, whole.

That's a hundred dollar plus fish right there.....you either better love your salmon or really need to impress somebody.

Have you made the journey up to Seattle yet? You can go to the Pike's Place Market and buy all the fresh fish you want. And the market itself is a lot of fun. Not an everyday thing of course but a fun thing to do on a weekend.
