UNFORTUNATELY, there is no "single payer" healthcare system. so, there you go. so much for your fear that the "socialists are coming and are going to take over our country."

The Patriots and militia groups are talking non-stop about civil war starting in this country because of Obama and the liberals, they are trying to start even more militias to fight the federal government, etc., etc.

Plus, if a government can manage capitalism into the ground, capitalism can be blamed for the failures of an industry. Government can simultaneously talk up the humanitarian case for single payer and it'll be all gravy from there.
