The TAX payers pay for CIVIL RIGHT marches and state protection so, why not NAZIS???

I HATE TAXES..but remember , you as an AMERICAN CITIZEN have a right, a guaranteed right, to oppose these taxes and the right to demand , why do we have to pay taxes to the IRS!

I understand the need for mob control but why don't LAPD just send these nutcases a bill for the services? It isn't fair for taxpayers, such as yourself, to be footing the bill for this event.
To be fair then they need to send the bill to ANY organized event.
My philosophy is that you can say your piece but you are responsible for the aftermath.
Good philosophy, that. There is a line that can't be crossed, obviously - yelling "Now go smash all the Jewish owned stores" to a worked-up crowd needs to be criminal and prosecutable. But as long as you're not enticing people to commit crimes, they do have their rights.

So who decides who gets sent a bill? Do we send a bill to the Republicans and Democrats when they have a rally? Maybe just the tea party but the the two main political parties don't get one?

The irony of this is Nazi free speach is defended (no matter how vile and disgusting) by the ACLU.Who LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was the ex local LA chapter president/spokesman for.Unfortunately We are going to see a lot more of this thanks to the most polarizing and divisive President EVER....Barack Hussein Obama.....Neo Nazi's are deluded LOSERS who are trying to capitalize on the publics hatred/disdain of Obama's policies.This is only going to ramp up as Obama tries to force more of his Socialist agenda on the USA.

Like I said I'm not sure if they could, and maybe you are right maybe they shouldn't. As to who gets the bill? Whoever incites violence. If I provoke an attack from my neighbor I will be responsible, I will have to pay for my own ambulance. Maybe I can sue my neighbor but that point is moot. The state certainly won't be responsible.
Life isn't fair. And making the unpopular point of view dependent on whether it can raise funds for its protection doesn't sit too well with me, either. I hate the fact that they march. I take a modicum of pride in the fact that we can stand enough for our principles that we let them.

Let them march, and let them be met with nothing but a cold shoulder, disdain and contempt.

Freedom speech refers to only the government respecting freedom of speech, not individual citizens. There really is nothing in the Constitution that mandates that the city of Los Angeles protect these protesters. Though even for the same reasons the post above me stated it probably is a good idea and for the general safety of the city. I don't know if they could send the group a bill. I guess if they could they should try.
...and when AL SHARPTON and JESSE JACKSON rally against WHITES or Klansmen they should be billed, now I like that!
