This is such a silly discussion. Profiling on the basis of religion is never going to happen. It's unconstitutional. Have fun getting an amendment through to allow it.
I agree this is an inane argument to have here. As I had stated earlier on, I am not so concerned with those that have been misguided as I am with those that are doing the misguiding. Particularly when they are people that are well known and have a certain amount of influence over a number of people.
Always has been, that's sort of why they included those silly amendments called the Bill of Rights.

We didn't become a great nation by listening to the left and following the path of the left and our standards of conduct are just fine except for the current leadership of girlymen that represent our great nation.
Our standars of conduct are also fine for those of us that do have some spine and some recognition, discernment regards behavior. Well thats what Israel did and profile all muslim people when they came to Israel and Ignored a group of Japanese people then who were not Muslim in 1972 and what happened was the Japanese group of people massacared many people at Lod Airport which was known as the Lod Airport massacare.

There was a good interview, also on Fox, a couple days ago with a man that used to be head of security for the Israeli airlines.
They haven't had the kind of problems he have had, and they do it without profiling.
They do it by simply observing behaviors.
They have people surveilling the terminals, watching for people that avoid eye-contact or have little or no baggage and are fidgeting alot, pacing, etc....
They pull these people aside, question them, closely inspect their credentials, search them........
