Describe to me the basic outline of the new healthcare bill in a paragraph or less.

1. When does it go into affect?

2. How do all the people out of work with no income pay for insurance? Or do they have to? If they have no income, are they simply left out?

3. Do assets come into play? I know of people out there right now sitting on millions in assets but they are unemployed. Do they still pay? Is it like medicaid that considers what you own?

Why do they keep speaking about how it will lesson the amount of Americans with no coverage? Wasn't the point to cover everyone? Who are these estimated 15 million or so who will have no coverage even when the plan goes into affect? That one baffles me.
