How true...

Paul Edwards : The Tiger in You - Townhall.com

There isn’t a man on the planet who in this sense isn’t Tiger Woods. There isn’t anything in Tiger that isn’t in you. None of us are as bad as we could be, but the propensity for lust, lying, anger, and unfaithfulness are all there—hidden in a heart that is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. There isn’t any one of us who is not capable, like Tiger, of saying, “It’s only this one time. No harm.”

But what makes me different from Tiger is that I have the devotion and dedication to my significant other to not act on that "one time."

I am a better man than Tiger Woods.

Oh I believe it, totally. If men could cheat on their significant others & never get found out, they would do it. Men can't control themselves. Sorry boys, I know some of you are probably saying "no way, not me!" Wrong, all men would cheat if they could...all of them. I bet every man in a relationship has at one point in that relationship cheated, whether it's kissing someone else, fondling, emotional affair, what have you, it's been done. Do I sound jaded, lol?

Maybe you are a better man in that one area, but are you perfect in all ways? Are you sinless? That is the message in the article. Can you resist all temptation: lust, lying, anger, unfaithfulness....the list goes on and on and on...

Nope, not sinless.

Good piece. Thanks for posting.

Right. Me neither. People are quick to judge, but when they look in the mirror they'll see they are not perfect either.

Bingo thank you so much. Sounds like the poster has some guilt of his own. But, lets have the proff, yes while it is true that some men and woman alike are going to cheat for what ever reasoning, there are also, so many who do not have that on there agenda. There are those who find nothing wrong with cheating, and you have so many just commited to there spouses. Maybe this is a lot of the problem, we need to get back to old school values.

I disagree. If I had a gorgeous wife, and I was going to cheat on her, I wouldn't do so with the gawd-ugly women Tiger has slept with. Yuk!

Did you see the interview this morning? I'd do Meredith Vieira before I'd do that pig-faced blonde.

"Tiger Woods isn’t as bad as he could be. But neither is he the role model he appeared to be. He’s not a thief or a murderer. He isn’t an abuser. Tiger is simply a serial adulterer."

I think this is the best line in the article. Where was the outrage when Dante Stallwort killed a guy drunk driving? I'm not saying Tiger is a saint or anything, just the level of outrage is out of porportion.
