What I want? If I ever ride out that way, I won't even remember Owens' name, much less want anything from him, or want to see him, or read something about him. I don't care. LOL. I was commenting only on what I did read, which you directed me to. Funny.
I have another article about the number 219 vote for the bill last night to post. I forgot to say that Gouverneur is right smack in that district so there will be more as time goes by. The man told people all summer that he would not vote for public option but when Nasty Nancty got her hands on the new tool he went with her and to hell with his constituents.
See post number 2. It already has been. Now, only if you can see.
You are the one with the seeing problem. I said in my part of the post that he said no public option up to about 84 hours before the polls opened. That, my friend, is from the article. Are you sure you are doing your due diligence in reading everything supplied?
No he won't. I don't think those Soldiers on the Fort care who Dick Armey and Sarah Palin endorse. This time, at least try to get someone from the district
Hide and watch NY-13 in the primaries. I bet he doesn't even get the nomination if any Democrat has the guts to run against Nasty Nancy and her tool.
Are you really surprised that a democrat/liberal would lie and do whatever it takes to get elected?
This should be wonderful fodder for 2010.
To be a tool of Nasty Nancy may not be very popular next year. It is obvious that she had a private talk with Owens when he was sworn in Friday. Just think, just over 24 hours from his inauguration he told his constituents to go to hell and went with Nancy. He was vote 219 or 220.
According to the Gouveneur Times of Gouveneur he is nothing more than a liar about health care. He promised the people up to 84 hours before the polls opened that he was against the public option. Any different thoughts from him were lost in the nationally propagated news about Scozzafava and her withdrawal. See here what the voters of NY - 23 are probably all thinking today.

Gouvernor Times... having been to Gouvernor Times discussion board I can tell you they lean heavily to the extreme / radical right.

That makes him a politician. Whether he is a liar, or just shrewd, remains to be shown. If you think he did this dishonestly, you're welcome to that opinion, but I can't make such a determination. I not only don't care much about the campaign, but I don't know anything about it. The article you presented didn't convince me Owens is a liar. Post all the articles you want. I'll try to read them, but I may not see them the same as you.

Finn, you know very little about the online paper but since you are so left leaning since leaving there you are able to make statements like that without really having ever read the site. You know how you were treated after you stopped being so centrist and becoming an Obama supporter without really thinking a great lot.
No sir, making that comparison without having read that site in months is the most liberal thing you have ever said.
BTW, wasn't there a thing you promised to do for me? Just wondering.
