This fool burned the American flag inside a VFW (Veterans of Foreign War). An American flag which flow above a fox hole a few Americans died in. You have a right to protest and free speech but don't be a mod cut-language about it. And if you are, like the bastage in this article, you get what you get.
Great story. Look's like the young man learned his lesson.
Quote:
"I found him on Sunday and I duct taped him to the flag pole," Normile said bluntly. "He didn't deny it, said he was drunk. Let's just say he volunteered to sit out here duct taped to the pole."
For six hours the man sat under the pole, wearing a sign describing his actions. Passersby snapped pictures.

I have an American flag on my house. Some of my liberal friends mock me for having it and I don't know why. I would assume both liberals and conservatives are patriotic and wouldn't see anything wrong with displaying a flag in their home.

Because the concept of patriotism has been hijacked by insane nationalists for several generations in this country.
If you were a truly "patriotic" German from 1933-1945 would you have wanted to display your flag if it could be avoided?
