Isn't that sweet. A white boy and black boy holding hands. I'm surprised their parents allowed them to hold hands - not only because of their different skin colors, but also because holding hands might turn them into "f@gs". Or at least that's how it happened to me.

I just hope we actually win this.
If not...I'd hate to be the lawyers who took it to federal court...

I don't know which bothers me more:

1. Most of you are cheering for legalizing the creation of sinful unions.
2. Some church out there actually created something like these T-shirts... Don't they know God doesn't hate anyone?

I agree about the shirts. Seems totally hypocritical to me. As for legalizing gay marriage, that's a no-brainer. We're all human beings, we all deserve respect. Not allowing gay marriage is discrimination. I for one don't believe anyone should be discriminated against simply because they love someone of the same-sex.

Hopefully the court will make a liberal decision in this case and find that the full faith requirements of one state to honour the contracts of another state apply in this case. While it might remain illegal for gays to get married in a state like Alabama, if they get married elsewhere, Alabama should have to recognize it as a marriage

To me, the concept of "sin" is based in religion. Since I'm not religious, the word has no meaning.
