His disapproval rating is going up, yes, but it's not as high as Rasmussen says it is. I never take Rasmussen seriously. Take a hint, it's BIASED.

Sure, to point out that an opening may be developing for the Republicans to make some gains in 2010. Much focus has been on their struggles since the last election cycle. This poll provides some evidence that a party with a constructive message addressing the concerns indicated in this poll (due to the higher negatives) may make gains in 2010.

Yes OP you are so right. As I became more aware that he is willing to accomodate crazy right wing policies and not fight for progressive values as much as he could have he lost a few points in my book. I'm sure many liberals the the same way.

Surely you don't think people are becoming more right wing? Cause that would be funny!

As the economy tanks so will his polling numbers. Think Jimmy Carter.

Think wishful thinking on your part. Yes his numbers might go down a little as would the numbers for the GOP Congress.

The bad economy does not translate to "I love Republicans"....LOL

You Repugs grasp hold of this Rasmussen Poll like it is the only thing you got, like a security blanket. The only slight glimmer of delusional hope you can ponder, funny I think...

Someone here said the other day that he wakes up each morning and checks Rasmussen's website with the hope that there's been a drop in Obama's approval rating.

Yeah, too bad that party isn't the Republican party.
