Young children are impartial. It takes age and experience to learn racism and intolerance.
Children should be taught math, science, art, history, English, not intolerance.

basically I'm seeing that it is your opinion that when children are teased based on their sexuality or the sexuality of their parents.. its ok by you... never make the connection between their awful behavior in teasing, and it's intended purpose in hurting a targeted group??? Kids aren't stupid my friend.. when they know that an issue is tip toed around because "a bunch of parents" don't want it ever mentioned.. it only makes the matter worse...
If your child was ever conducting themselves in such a manner in my classroom.. YOU would be hearing from me... and if you didn't do anything about it or refused to discuss it... I'd have your child removed and you can take them elsewhere... You can't teach math science, history, economics in a setting that allows or tolerates bullying and ridicule..
