Obviously what she meant was "crossing the border is a civil offense, not a criminal offense."

Once again Newsmax is COUNTING ON YOU TO BE IGNORANT.

Dont fall for it!
Once again, Napolitano is parsing words, and the "paid to post" Obamabots are out in force defending it.

Don't fall for it!

Dont fall for what? Lol, paid to post. Thanks for the compliment, I guess.

Obviously she made a mistake, but I did concede that this time the right wing propaganda folks have something, no matter how trivial, to jeer about.

Carry on jeering!

I've separated the Napolitanos into the good and bad guys.

Judge Andrew Napolitano is the good guys. The ones who believe in liberty and freedom.

Janet Napolitano represents the bad guys. The ones who are apologist sheep and support the status quo. She'd make any bureaucrat proud.

Napolitano has been making too many of those so-called "mistakes" lately. She's just miffed the Canadians as well. What's next on the list?

IMO, they really need to stop tap dancing around this issue, stop parcing words and stop worrying about offending. The bottome line is illegal immigration is a problem, major problem.
Their using the excuse of not wanting to seperate children from their parents, which I understand, that is a hot issues. But for those that do not have children born in this country, they need to GO before they start.

These people came to this country believing that their safe if they have a child, to me, thats a risk they chose to take and they need to go. Bottom line. This is one issue ONE of those area's that i do not agree with the President or others in Washington.

Yea, just 'try' to be an illegal immigrant in Mexico, and they will put your body in jail and let it rot for years!

What gets me is, the Illegals do illlegal crimes, (yea, like that makes sense, eh?) and get away with it, until they murder someone, THEN, they become a problem! Oh boy... So, this lady who Obama put in charge of immigration is another idiot idealist who would let the illegals do what they want, while Americans would go to jail for the very same thing...

GET THE SILLY LADY OUTTA HERE...PUT HER DOWN IN MEXICO SO SHE CAN SEE WHAT PRISON IS REALLY LIKE FOR AN ILLEGAL!

May the LORD Bless each of you. (We are really gonna need HIS blessing too!)

I wish you well...

Jesse

"Per se".

Sounds like Napolitano doesn't know what the meaning of the word 'is' is.

How is JN an apologist or a sheep? By "supports the status quo," do you mean she supports the admin she's part of? She should....right?

Lol, all US government workers are bureaucrats, part of bureaucracies within bureaucracies.
