Uh no, they are not actually going to get stronger. Really, they aren't.

No one is upset about free speech. This is just an example of the problem...

Toxic talk of right-wing radio

"The political atmosphere obviously has been toxic," said Utah Sen. Bob Bennett after being rejected by his fellow Republicans for a fourth term. "Throwing around phrases like 'socialists' and 'Soviet-style takeover,' 'fascists' and 'right-wing nut' – that may grab headlines," President Obama recently told graduates of the University of Michigan, "but it also undermines democracy."

Both were lamenting the increasingly ugly rhetoric that has replaced legitimate debate about the issues today on right-wing talk radio. It's the very phenomenon I explore in my new book – "TOXIC TALK: How the Radical Right Has Poisoned America's Airwaves."

The "toxic" talk of both sides is a HUGE issue. I have to say though, throwing around the phrase 'socialist' in regards to Obama has been so nauseating.

I'm not upset about the tea parties. They are an example of why free speech is important in this country.

I do; however, question why they weren't protesting the previous administration also.

And I think they need to educate themselves on just what taxes do and do not pay for, and dump Palin as their spokesperson.

I also would like to see them protesting at the state and local levels. They tax and spend, too.

Have you ever noticed how many threads that conservatives start around here start out with "Why is . . .?" or "Why are . . .?", and what they're asking about just isn't true?

Why is that? Or maybe I should say Why do conservatives have a problem with reality?
