I will admit though, she does have a great way of making herself look like she knows more about stuff which she knows absolutely nothing about.
If oil is high in price,Alaska is rolling in cash; if not then their setting up meth labs. Oh,thats right,they have both.If you want to see if she is really good you'll judge her by the next year or 2 because of the decreasing price of oil and the growing alternatives to oil.
Alaska isn't teetering on bankruptcy like other states, especially the "blue" states.
Which of course has little to do with the administrative abilities or inabilities of its governor, since Alaska's main source of revenue is based upon gas and petroleum royalties, dependence upon the largesse of the Federal government all of which preceded Gov. Palin's election to high office. However, if you think back she did leave the little town of Wasilla in considerable debt.
Now if you want to compare the size and complexity of California's budgetary problems as compared to Alaska, I'm sure we could have an interesting discussion.
