Actually her way of speaking (betcha, also, etc.) and her incessant winking would make one want to change the channel. She is quite obnoxious and I for one would rather watch an annoying commercial than Palin.

Not sure but, since she seems to be into balancing their budget and fights with her own party, she is someone who I thinks a chance to make a case. I doubt though that she is presidential material.

Yeah do you? Only state that mails out dividend check to its residents. My dividends come from corporations.

Now if you want to compare the size and complexity of California's budgetary problems as compared to Alaska, I'm sure we could have an interesting discussion.
The debt in Wasilla was voted on by the voters IIRC. Not really her doing.

I can only hope that if Sarah Palin ever runs or is elected president that she will choose my dog as VP or Secretary of State. She is very intelligent, loyal and as a German Shepherd has the same high quality foreign policy experience in Western Europe that Sarah Palin has with respect to Russia. They should get along very well, my dog can't tell anyone which newspapers she likes to read and can't understand most of the questions from reporters like Katie Couric either. Her motto is just tilt your head and look cute, it works everytime you are in a tough spot. She also doesn't believe in contraceptives, speaks in tongues and was homeschooled. In short, as a cute non white female, she is the perfect candidate for today's Republican party.

Very Funny... If she was the president right now, the DOW would be worth less than zero, and that is not even possible.

right on! when ronald reagan would appear on television to give a speech, I'd switch channels furiously looking for a commercial!
