Nice try and for your efforts I award you the "big fat hairy lie of the day" honors
Bush spent our money for the past 8 years like he was a drunken sailor! The problem is, we are left with nothing to show for it.

Obama has to spend money to rebuild and fix this mess. The difference will be we will have something to show for it.

Why are we blaming Bush/Obama for the housing crisis? I don't think either one signed that subprime application. Let all own up to our mistakes.

You are the perfect example of the "low information voter" to put it euphemistically. States spend very little on health care to illegals and instead what "free" health care illegals do get tends to be at emergency rooms where legally no one can be turned away; about 1/3 of illegals who use emergency rooms don't pay their bills but around 2/3rds do. The only real exception is with immunizations but once again that's a common sense thing since you need to get every person immunized or else you end up with a subpopulation which is a reservoir for communicable diseases. That's just a basic public health issue and its cost is only a few dollars per person per decade so it's a good way to spend a little money and get a lot of public health benefit. As for education... The US Supreme Court already ruled back in the 1990's that no child can be denied access to public schools so if you don't like it take it up with the SCotUS.

For your other nonsense like housing, clothes, and food... I honestly can't think of a single example of illegals getting any of those as even welfare and food stamps require proof of citizenship (or at least legal residency but most non-citizens are excluded from these programs). In short, you are an idiot who doesn't know what he is talking about but I'm sure you feel good trying to blame Mexicans for all your problems so please don't let me stop you.

Quote from Bush at the 2004 RNC:

"Another priority for a new term is to build an ownership society, because ownership brings security, and dignity and independence.

Thanks to our policies, homeownership in America is at an all-time high. Tonight we set a new goal: seven million more affordable homes in the next 10 years so more American families will be able to open the door and say "Welcome to my home."

Come one. Would you jump off a cliff if you are told to do so? People go into this whole mess due to personal greed. Nothing else. Stop passing the blame.

Wells Fargo gave subprime loans to people who would have qualified for a fixed loan. They confused the buyer with fine print, legal, terms buried in the contract.

Certainly there are stories on both sides. But if some one tells me I can afford a $2 mil home, and I'm a janitor, then I must be an idiot to believe them. What I find that is very much the problem with us all is that most of us REFUSE to take any responsibility for our own actions. Most of all of our social and economic problems would not even exist if we take some personal responsibility. We are so quick to blame others, so quick to ask for a bail out. If we don't take the responsibility then history will repeat itself in a few years.

They confused the buyer? Are you saying the buiyer couldn't read the contract? Or don't most people run the contract by a lawyer before they sign?

You need to educate yourself on the mortgage crisis. Subprime loans were the tip of the iceberg. [To exaggerate their significance]
