Why, let's just extend obama's plan that keeps homeowners in their homes, whether they can pay for it or not. Or how about the one that actually pays a homeowners mortgage - taxpayer money of course.

Almost 300,000 have dropped out of the program - after the 3 month trial.
They need jobs in order to keep their homes.
And those that couldn't afford their home in the first place should be renting.
