This is NOT Prince William County Police Department. Please get your facts straight. Furthermore, the women resisted arrest. She had road rash on her face from the pavement, she wasn't "beaten".

Once Again, this was NOT in PWC, it was Manassas Park.

It happened in City of Manassas Park and it was Manassas Park Police, not Prince William County Police.
