Not excusing the officer's actions (two sides to every story), but not having your license on you and refusing to sign a ticket are not good signs.

This is NOT Prince William County Police Department. Please get your facts straight. Furthermore, the women resisted arrest. She had road rash on her face from the pavement, she wasn't "beaten".

This is PWC Va., not CA or FL.

In Maryland and Virginia, things like this don't tend to escalate to race rioting like in L.A.
Somebody (ACLU, immigrants activist group) is obviously trying to make a big test case out of this.

Once Again, this was NOT in PWC, it was Manassas Park.

It happened in City of Manassas Park and it was Manassas Park Police, not Prince William County Police.
