First World nations are already starting to depopulate themselves; there's no secret agenda at work, only economics. It's costly to raise First World children, who are essentially useless mouths to feed. In the Third World, children can contribute labor.
This stuff isn't some hidden conspiracy or anything. They're quite open about it, just not when you're listening. And it's not conspiratorial in nature - it's ideological. People don't have to conspire in order to work toward the same goals.
Especially considering how vehemently the liberals express the idea that we are ruining the earth so we need to slow population growth, and how vehemently they defend the murder of the unborn and advocate for human euthanasia, and how they want to turn every child into someone who eventually will be unable or unwilling to procreate. They are playing right into this depopulation card.

Most "First World" children are educated; thus, a "First World."
Many "Third World" children aren't educated; thus, a "Third World."
Which world would you want your children to live in?
Actually, they stopped abortions to keep the working class around to serve the 5% as they need bodies to work, and fight their wars. What happens if the pop changed to the 5% and the rest 20% upper middle class? Someone said- robots.
The curious thing about these folks who tell us they are so concerned about overpopulation is that they never prove to us that they are serious about depopulating by taking the lead in the depopulation process starting with themselves. Every little bit helps, right?
Generally speaking, with leftists, one can quickly discern the depth of their sincerity on these issues by saying, "Okay... you go first." The folks who crow the loudest about climate change, overpopulation, etc, etc, etc usually have the biggest mansions, the fanciest cars, and the most opulent lifestyles. I've yet to see a climate change fanatic who lives in a 300 sq ft home, avoids vehicles/travel, avoids "climate unfriendly" activities, lives a minimalist lifestyle, so on. If I did see one who lived like that, I'd probably actually have a bit of respect for him or her. Because at least they would be practicing what they preach, even though I may not agree with what they preach.
World population growth has been steadily declining for the last 80 years, it’s not a plot. Does everything that changes need to be driven by a conspiracy. If not for the new immigrants to the US our economy would be in big trouble.
Remember the UN Agenda 21 with recommendations for smart growth particularly in developing countries, that was also viewed by the right wing as a conspiracy. Prope spend too much time on nutburger websites coming up with this nonsense.
There are 8 billion people in the world- more than ever, and that number continues to grow every day.
If the "elites" have a "de-population" agenda, they are doing an unbelievably pathetic job at it.
??? Most of the countries, including the US, are now in population decline.
