And what about the Ukie-bots that have made their false predictions: Russians running out of supplies, arms, missiles, demotivated troops, economic ruin, etc. They have been far more wrong. LOL!
Translation = sure you got caught repeatedly changing your story, contradicting yourself, making predictions that turned out to be pure comedy, etc. but hey look over there at those guys!
Should have read all my posts for the last couple of days. Obviously you didn't. Go back and do so. The answers are right in there.
I have since I posted that. There's nothing that makes me want to edit my post. Also, remember, this is the public portion of the Board, not a DM. I am saying publicly that Putin did not act out of altruistic or peace-seeking motives.
Kherson would have been a ruin, and tens of thousands would have died in the campaign, if Himars strikes on bridges hadn’t hamstrung Russian logistics and forced the Russians to withdraw without urban combat. The U.S. literally saving civilian lives with weapons deliveries

Ha, ha. The Ukie-bots also provide plenty of comedy.

Apparently you didn't comprehend my posts. I never said that Putin did out of the goodness of his heart or altruistic motives. He did so for military reasons, to improve his supply lines and to prevent his troops from being inundated with water if the dam upstream fails. Suggest you reread my posts.

Then why did he bother taking Kherson in the first place? Mind you, I am hardly a Ukie-bot. Some of my ancestors came from there in the mid-1890's. It was not a fond farewell.

I never said that you were. Of course Putin took Kherson and wanted to keep it. But he decided to give it up for the reasons that I stated. Too bad, so sad, but that doesn't mean that Ukraine is going to win. Just like when the Russians took Mariupol. Too bad, so sad, but that doesn't mean an automatic Russian win. Western propaganda seems to play up that it's all over for the Russians by this one loss. It isn't.
