No one with half a brain does. For those who say they don't trust the West (I am not talking about Russian or Chinese bots who say they don't trust the West), just listen to what countries like Lithuania, Poland, Romania, and Estonia have to say about Russia. These countries were part of the Soviet Union. They are next door to Russia. They have a long history with Russia. They know Russia better than anyone else. They don't want to have anything to do with Russia. They hate Russia.

No they were not - only some of them.

But they all suffered from the Soviet policies - yes.

The problem is, most of them sided with Hitler during the WWII.

And in case with Poland specifically - the conflict between Russia and Poland goes way back in history.

You are as clueless as ever, sorry. (So proceed with your videos, as usual.)

And now the EU has taken action to rid themselves of Russian oil/gas.
So what on earth will Russia, who has invested so much into pipelines running through Ukraine to Europe and under Baltic Sea to Germany, do even if they prevail and hold on to Donbas? Russia's gas/oil is located far away in West Siberia.

And Azov is just a tip of the iceberg, the most visible part of it.

If you remove Putin from the picture, this doesn't change a thing what this Ukrainian Nazi state is all about.

No it does not.

They escaped to Ukraine to join their "bros," and now they are on the "wanted" list in Russia.
Russia has no Nazis ....yeah right...

Exibit A: The Wagner Group....it's leader has Totenkopf tattoos on his neck...

Russia is a multi-ethnic state.

Always has been, so it can't be Nazi.

Unlike Ukraine, which is striving for the "purity of nation."

So it's not just about who wears what on their necks.

It's about the IDEOLOGY that the state pursues - out in the open or behind the convenient covers.

Nonsense.

The USA has neo Nazis and the USA's diversity is off the charts....
Russia is nowhere near as diverse as the United States.

When the neo-nazi will be part of the state apparatus in the US, then we'll be talking.

I see.

It ain't *diversity* unless the Africans are involved.

That's the only time ( according to American left) when the racism is real.

The rest are "too subtle" to prove apparently.

The most famous Russian poet, Alexander Pushkin, was african. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro-Russians
Obviously, there are much less of them than in USA, but on another hand Russia was never participating in slave trade.

The Russian Federation consists of 22 republics, each with their own flag, national anthem and language. You would never have heard of most of them, but the largest, Bashkiria boasts a population of 4M people. They speak Bashkir, Tartar and Russian.
You have heard of Chechnya, which is Muslim and whose language is Chechen.
Ethnic Russians may not even be the majority in Russia nowadays.

I won't go there when it comes to Pushkin, but overall Russians preferred to absorb different group of minorities - the kind that were closer to home, not somewhere overseas. ( By the look of it, they absorbed the former lands of the ancient Persia for the most part.)

Not only Russia never participated in the slave trade, but from the early times on, the "Duchy of Moscow," (or former Moscow principality of the Kievan Rus) was all-inclusive while absorbing the local tribes/kingdoms while it was moving eastward.

And THIS is one of the favorite peeves of Ukrainian nationalists, that "Moscals" are not "pure Europeans" any longer, as supposedly THEM, the "blue blood Ukrainians," the TRUE heirs of the Kievan Rus.

That's what their whole ideology is based upon, including idol-worshiping as I discovered lately ( I kid you not, even on the ruins of Mariupol. They worship Perun as it turned out - these "Azov" wingnuts. )

And when it comes to Blacks ( that are not part of the ethnic composition of either Russia or Ukraine,) - there everything falls into place, once they become part of the picture.

The logical continuity so to speak.

But overall I find it interesting, what Medvedev said yesterday;

"These are not some projections. This is something that already took place. You can think about it whichever way you like, but the apocalypse horsemen are already on their way. All you can do now is to rely on God."

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/W5T-e3fqfCk

I guess this is in the reference to the current situation in Ukraine - the WMD and all.
