Your not wrong. Im just correcting Lancer when he tried to say that it was the US who was escalating through this action.

Looks like Turkey is planning to ratify Finland's accession to NATO by mid-April. However, Sweden is still SOL.

And Hungary is still stalling because of Orban's beef with the EU, and guess who currently holds the EU presidency...

Would a rational pilot intentionally contact another aircraft with his aircraft while in flight?
C'mon, now.
Pilot thinks, "Hey, I've got an idea! I'll just run into his propeller. Everyone will think it's an accident!"

Russia continues to struggle with poorly trained people and poorly maintained equipment. The only question remaining is Crimea. Will Russia fight long enough to stay in Crimea?
Because they are losing everything else in Ukraine.

It was a tactic to tip the wings over that RAF pilots used against V-1 missiles during WWII. With the speeds of jets I would supposed using jet wash like happened in the movie Top Gun where Goose died would be better to force a drone to lose lift and crash.

Just because Russia brought down a US drone over the Black Sea does not mean they want to escalate. What is the US doing way over there anyway? Oh I forgot freedom and democracy.

Once again, international waters. Youd be surprised how many drones we have up in the air at anyone time.

So the US flies a drone in international airspace, Russia, intentionally or not, crashes it and the US is the one escalating things?

Should be interesting to see how the Bidet admin handles this. The drone was in international waters? But Syria is not off limits to name numerous other places?

Again I ask what is the US doing all the way over in the other side of the world? They are feeding info to Ukraine and whatever forces are fighting.
