That's a pretty convoluted interpretation, so let me try to explain it to you.
A person whose judgement is so poor that they decided it was a good idea to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a completely useless degree - especially if they took out a loan to do so - is much less likely to offer anything of value to society than someone with an actual skill that we need. Welders, burger flippers, etc., all add value. All I'm saying is that the likelihood of someone stupid enough to major in gender studies is less likely to add value. Many of these idiots eventually grow up and shed the stunningly idiotic liberal ideology that led them to their poor decisions and become useful members of society. Some will continue to be parasites and become a gender studies professor.
