It's been obvious that Australia was spiraling out of control. Where's that Aussiehoff guy who was defending all of their policies? Disgusting.
Maybe he was involuntarily quarantined for walking his dog or something.
He isn't the only Australian that posts here. Almost all of them are all in on the tyranny. You know, "if it saves just one life, then perpetual lockdown is worth it..."
Well, I've permanently crossed Australia off my list of places to see before I die. It's on the same no-go list as places like China, North Korea, and most Middle Eastern countries. Also on the list are Portland, OR, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, NYC and LA.
I am from Australia and what has happened is in Melbourne. Melbourne does not represent the rest of Australia just as San Francisco does. With thinking like that, it would mean I should cross the USA off all the places to see before I die because of what I see in San Francisco with a BLM rally?

Good point. My two Australian friends live in Sydney and Perth. Hopefully the madness doesn't expand to those places and it goes away in Melbourne.
Nothing special is going in Australia. It is business as usual. Lab testing tactics for riot controls etc. Australia, being an island, is great for such techniques and methodologies testing. Brits knew that long ago, using it as one big prison.
Like I said - business as usual. Probing grounds.

I was in the United Kingdom earlier this year. They weren't playing around with Covid-19. However, I don't remember it being this nutty. Where I was at in Cambridgeshire, I rarely ever saw police (I saw plenty in London and Nottingham). People got fined for having large parties, but I don't remember anyone getting arrested. The UK started opening back up, and I was able to eat out (albeit outdoors), go on crowded boat rides (I'm starting the miss the UK thinking about it), etc. I don't remember the UK being as draconian as Australia for the time I was in the UK.
