Hmmm, does this not qualify as "insurrection" then? Setting fire to government facilities sounds like insurrection to me. these "protesters" (as leftists will surely call them) have done more damage and caused more death including the death of a child than what happened on Jan 6. And so here comes the troops. I'd say that's a good move. So long as he allows them to have loaded weapons.
It's been a practice in the past for troops to be carrying unloaded weapons. Their rifles were pretty much just props. This started under Carter and carried into Reagan The Beirut barracks bombing happened because the sentry (who saw the truck coming) had to leave his post to requisition a magazine for his rifle. Unbelievable!
Setting fire to a government building is not protesting. Bring in troops with ammunition.
and for what it's worth, like every feckless RINO politician before him, Kemp didn't have the balls to direct the guard to arrest the thugs and haul them into jail
time to hit people in the pocketbook. Anybody arrested at a riot loses any public benefits and to help deal with the college aged ineligible for any type of federal financial aid. Play nice and be a good citizen for a period of time to get these things restored.
Thread topic is a lie; the article doesn't mention BLM at all.
