Why do the cops even try anymore? The mob is going to do what they do and the cops are risking their lives trying to stop them. It is obvious that the elected in Chicago do not care to stop the violence so why should the cops even try?
The cops should have all come down with the "Blue Flu" and called in that night. The city could have sent counselors in to defuse the mob.
Of course if the cops call in with the Blue Flu and the riot rages on the residents of that neighborhood are granted the Right to protect themselves and property by any means necessary with no repercussions. The cleanup crew will come in to clean up the bodies in the morning.
Do any decent people live in Chicago? I'd get the hell out and let em kill each other.

If the Feds were constantly warning us about black violence it would be seen as exhibit A of racism.
Why do the feds constantly publicly warn over white violence when whites aren't the most violent race in the US per Fed stats and whites aren't number two either?

The self awareness is both sad and laughable. We’re having a national debate where one race of people, or at least the radicals in that race, is demeaning another race, no distinctions made, for all of the faults of human history and demanding they be given the keys to the kingdom and the minds of children. They’ve titled it a Racial Reckoning™. Authoritarian regimes based on racial reckonings have no historical context…

At the end of my day the only violence I'm exposed to is on Netflix or Amazon.
The answer to that is Indiana + NRA = gun violence in Chicago.
As an Indiana resident (and former Chicagoan) I can tell you that my guns have never committed any violence in Chicago.
