That illegal immigrant was enticed to come to the US by an employer who would hire him. This employer was a prominent republican looking to exploit illegal immigrants by paying slave wages. Those who hire illegals are causing our illegal immigration problem!

That illegal had fake ID and a valid SS (someone else's of course) so he wasn't an "illegal hire".

Lots of illegals use phony ID and other people's SS numbers to get jobs.

Too bad Congress won't mandate e-verify for all jobs.

You're right. That's how a lot of them gain employment to fool their employer. I wonder why the OP felt the need to mention that it was a Republican family that hired them? What difference does that make? Agenda, much? Democrats have also be fooled by them.

The GOP has presented more than one e-verify bill but the Democrats won't pass one unless there is a massive amnesty attached to it.

This is just a rehash of another thread with the same premise (started by the same poster) back when the murder happened. It didn't get much traction then, either.

It makes a difference because of the hypocrisy of it. The Republican party is pretending to scream and wail about illegals coming across the border, and then speedy quick they hire them at well below market wages.

And that's the reason EVerify won't ever be mandated - because Republicans want to pretend they don't know their employees are illegals, as in this case where they assuredly knew but wanted to maintain deniability.

We'll see how that goes for them in court. If THEY'D STOP HIRING illegals, the illegals would stop coming over and those who were here would go home.

And that's why the party of the employer here matters.

Does it really matter if an illegal alien is exploited by a Republican or a Democrat? They are still exploited AND if they had come to America through the LEGAL channels they would have more RIGHTS so they would not be so easily exploited. Handing them amnesty is not the answer but something has to be done and Trump was on the right track by securing the border and giving the Border agents and ICE what they needed to do their jobs. We all know who pushed back against the common sense security measures...

When it comes to an illegal alien being exploited and taking advantage of others it is generally other illegal and Legal aliens from their country.

E-Verify exists and any prospective employer is free to use it.....that is if they want to. The Republican who hired the illegal who murdered, willfully chose not to use E-verify. I wonder why

"Illegal" what? Illegal is an adjective. What is the noun?

I know you would not disparage another human being so disgracefully unless you are uneducated and/or racist.

LOL. Anyone who thinks these folks did not know the legal status of this person is fooling themselves.
