how about we have an investigation into all the riots all across the country? There were hundreds of riots in America last year. dozens killed and more than a thousand police officers injured.
how about we start with all the riots where DAs across the nation refused to press charges against people who were arrested doing violent things during those riots.
how about we investigate why in all those riots, perpitrators were released without so much as a summons to appear, while dozens of rioters in the capital riot have been arrested and not even given bail? They are still rotting in jail until they are tried and are facing decades in prison while other more violent people were given a hand shake and a pat on the back?

if you have some evidence that the president of the United State "led" and insurrection please provide it. That might create a reason to consider the charge. but what we know is
1. The president suggested to various Law Enforcement Agencies that there was a need for National Guard troops.
2. The president NEVER ONCE in any speech suggested or even hinted at the idea of violence or even going into the capital.
3. didnt go with protesters who marched.
There was no insurrection. There were a few hundred idiots who broke the law and are paying a price for it. There werent "thousands of armed" anything as the moron Tim Ryan suggested. and evidently liberals everywhere seem to think occurred.
