There may be bias and maybe the us does not convict or charge democrats as much as republicans but 38 times is really really a gigantic difference.
There is just no getting around these facts. And this is a study that ended in 2016. If you add in all the trump admin convictions the numbers would be even more lopsided.
The evidence is clear and we can say that one party wins this one hands down.

If you are a data nerd you will find this link amazingly detailed. It is rare to see such a well done analysis - someone put some real research in to this study!
Thanks for the high quality factual post.

Given the state laws. While many states have similar tax laws, there are many differences. All we know is Georgia's based on this situation. BentBow maybe didn't have to worry about it because things were different in TX where they live.

And the worst part is that the Republican Party of today said that isn't a problem. Remember Minority Leader McCarthy wussed out on doing anything for her, but removed Liz Cheney. And people wonder why I say the Republican Party died this week and wonder why I cannot consider voting for any Republican at this point.

MTG is the face of the Republican Party these days.

Mitch continues to do his best to undermine the nation's recovery, just as he did twelve years ago. But he's old news.

McCarthy tries, but he's makes one boneheaded move after another. Recently, he stated, “I don’t think anybody is questioning the legitimacy of the presidential election.”

Huh?

The fact that you "had no idea" that your dad had a homestead exemption indicates that you need to brush up a bit on your tax law.

I had no idea, like probably millions of American's, a person could only hold one Homestead exemption.

Question.... Can the wife hold one property in her name, and the husband hold another property in his name, to sidestep the marriage license. We do it for income taxes.

This has me thinking.... My acreage down in Gonzales has all kinds of exemptions.... I have no idea if I'm breaking the invisible law?

Her harassment of AOC is repulsive.

If anyone behaved like this towards a coworker, they would have been fired long before now.
