I mean obviously I know the real reason is that Trump needs thousands of people fawning over him and worshiping his every word and misses that, but what is the rally notionally campaigning for?

This will be great to move 2022 and 2024 even more democratic, he already helped lose the senate this can only get better. It will help his fund raising, those shills will ante up.
I actually like a president whose statements are measured and well thought out by the way, nice to see someone in office that isn't leading a pep rally every day and pays attention to details.
that should be fun to watch, however, I am not able to handle being in the midst of big crowds like that, so i always watch on tv. wonder what he would say now that he is not president. i wonder if its too early to be campaigning.. but perhaps he misses the old rallys where there was a lot of excitement and he gets to say things that he wants to tell us.
Because there's overlap in the people who watch Rachel Maddow and the people who would watch a Trump rally? Okayyyy....
Their TDS compels them to follow Trump. Maddow viewers need to fuel their hatred, and nothing does it better than a Trump rally.
