Right, but we won't know if she is guilty unless we conduct a multi-year investigation into all facets of her entire family, friends and business associates.
I mean gosh, just investigating the insider trading charge is lame, they'll need to look at everything.
Well, they have a way to go to match all of the Hillary investigations -- which she was exonerated of, of course. Will it be the same with Trump? I'm guessing you wouldn't take that bet.

Not a Trump fan. Actually been mostly voting democrat lately.
Just also not a fan of Partisan DAs and AG's conducting fishing expeditions.
This isn't political in the sense that both parties do it and both parties have a block opposing changing the law that allows congress members to do inside trading.
Nancy Pelosi who is worth $114.7 million has been accused of insider trading multiple times and every time feigns indignation and refuses to address the evidence while pretending she opposes insider trading from congress members.
Now Nancy's husband bought $1.9 million worth of Microsoft call options right before it was publicly announced that Microsoft had won a huge government contract.
There is no way the Pelosis dumped $1.9 million bucks into risky call options for any reason other than they wanted to act on Nancy's private knowledge of the government contract going to Microsoft.
The Pelosis just got a whole heck of a lot richer gaining $10 million back.
Congress opposes changing this law.
If a low level government clerk did this they'd wind up in jail likely.
I got into $ABML at $0.023, on a tip from a friend. It's a lithium battery recycling company that's just getting started. Pelosi's husband's firm is bankrolling it. What do you think the odds are that it's going to fail?
This is my new investment strategy - following relatives of career politicians and getting into what they're involved in, whenever possible. I'm doing better with this than I ever did trying to understand fundamentals and whatnot. Much better. And I did ok picking stocks before. I'm not a financial advisor and you shouldn't listen to anything I write regarding money.

Also remember Rahm Emanuel: "Never let a crisis go to waste".
That's been my mantra since the housing bust and stock market crash that was totally the fault of our government regardless of party.

Why do you think it's a fishing expedition? You don't think they've been investigating Trump for many years, long before he ran for president? The guy's a millionaire -- or billionaire if you believe him, who pays zero taxes. That's going to throw huge red flags. Plus the myriad of sketchy antics of the Trump organization that we've seen, and who knows what else that the various tax and law enforcement agencies know about. The problem is that Trump and his "organization" had enough legal muscle to lock up any investigation almost infinitely, until now. It's not a witch hunt, it's the chickens coming home to roost.
I think if you look at most member of Congress you will find illegal activity going on through stocks or other type of inside information. This is why total transparency needs to happen to show all records of cash flow from day one of office. If you did that we would have less millionaire members of Congress
