What do you think? We had a lot of people elected officials refuse to attend Trump’s inauguration, including my own Congressman. (He said he didn’t want to celebrate the election of a racist). Should we now celebrate the election of a man with dementia who is going to destroy our economy?
I disagree with your assessment of Biden but nobody is saying you or any elected officials have to attend the inauguration. It'd be nice if people would pull together to support the elected President but age old wisdom says if you don't want to go to the party sometimes it's best to stay home.

OK, so you’re fine with Republicans boycotting Biden’s inauguration? I’m fine with that, as well.
As long as the President and VP elect show up to be sworn in, it works. I take no issue with pols form either side skipping ceremonies as long as they show up for their actual jobs.
I believe that the Biden people are thinking of having a very toned down inauguration, in light of the pandemic. If they do so (and I hope they do), then there will be a very small, socially distanced crowd, and we may expect multiple threads begun herein on how President Trump's inauguration had a much larger attendance than Mr. Biden's.
Sure, if anyone has a reason to not go that isn't based on sore loserism, have it. If attending somehow goes against your core beliefs, it's fine.
