Will he work with party officials to provide his time and resources to provide assistance in formulating a plan on how best to proceed with their stated agenda?
If he loses, he will continue to be a major distraction, but GOP won't be calling him for help. FOX might have him in their shows, which will offer him to be the distraction which is pretty much the meaning of is life.
Plus, how else is he going to earn enough to support his family and his lawyers?
His "wealth" is tied up in high overhead, money-losing properties. Some of which appear to be little more than money laundering operations.
He has a lot of debts coming due and no other way to pay them.
Deutsche bank is planning on seizing his assets if he can't repay his debt. Apparently they have shopped around to see if anyone will buy the debt and no one wants it.
He needs to focus on his legal problems. Once he is out of office, all bets are off. The NY AG will continue his investigation
Lets hope. Trump is the first Republican in years to actually accomplish something. He has helped drag the party towards the center, working for the American working class. He actually has stood up to our international enemies, in particular China and Iran. He has worked to protect American jobs from being taken by, and wages depressed by, foreign criminals. He is one of the first Republican presidents to clearly work for the American middle class and workers, rather than for corporations.

1. if it benefits trump in any way (financially, more time under the spot light, more ego stroking), he will stay.
2. I have a feeling most people in the party despise working with trump, as evidenced by trump constantly taking digs at people, and the extremely high turnover rate he had in his administration. i.e. they won't want him around.
