Trump wasn't president the morning after his election, so certainly was in no danger of impeachment then.
Perhaps you're confusing Trump's post-election acceptance speech with his very dark and controversial inaugural speech, delivered on January 20, 2017. Many patriotic Americans and traditional allies expressed concern about that latter speech, which was ominous and threatening, not to mention jingoistic.
He was president elect. However, show us where you were against many months prior to trump being president that you were against dems/anti-trumpers that started talking about impeachment, prior to becoming president elect.
