That would be me in my history of voting. I will be voting for Trump this time because of what the other side has become.

Most likely because, just because one is republican, doesn’t mean they are conservative.

My father in law is a lifelong Democrat that is voting Trump because of what the left has become.

My mother is a lifelong Republican voting Biden, because Trump is erratic.

This is working both ways, not sure which side wins out.

Glad to see they're carrying on the proud tradition of pulling these numbers out of....... the air, even with Parscale not working for the campaign any more.

Unfortunately my gut tells me Biden will win, but I won't be shocked either way. In 2016 I never thought Trump had a remote shot at all.

How do you know that they are pulling these numbers out of thin air.

They know the names of the people who attend the events and they know for a fact which party those people vote for in the primaries. Both parties have access to the states' secretary of states' databases on which primaries you vote in - Republican, Democrat or other.

The party studies these things intently.

Maybe they are lying, but they 100% have access to names of attendees and which party they vote for in the primaries.

As Variable said earlier in the thread: "MI, WI and MN don't register voters by party."

I didn't bother to check the other states, but that's 100% correct for MI. I don't believe how I voted is available information.

Which party you voted for in the primaries doesn't necessarily correspond to which party you identify with. Trump had no credible opposition and if you lived in a state with a Republican governor already there might be little reason as a Republican to vote in your primary versus voting in the Dem primary for the candidates you think would be easiest to beat.
